When will sold-out items be back?

When something is out of stock we say so on the product page rather than at checkout. Join the restock list at the bottom of the home page and we will email you the day it lands.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

Standard shipping is free on every order. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, then Canada takes 5–12 business days and the United States 6–14. Full terms are on our shipping policy page.

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Full details are on our return and refund policy page.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped. After that the return process applies.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us within 48 hours with a photograph and your order number and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Can I pay in my own currency?

Yes. Switch currency in the bar at the top of any page, and the price you see is the price you are charged.

Why is the range so small?

Because stocking things we have not used ourselves would make us a catalogue rather than a shop. The range grows slowly, and only with tools we would keep in our own kitchen.

How do I reach a person?
